    Comments, Additional Information, References

This house at 7972 Route 3, Pulaski, in the Town of Richland, was built about 1854 by Daniel Pratt. As far is known this is the northern-most cobblestone house in New York State. Richard Palmer blog. Editor's Note: The northernmost claim is true and not true. As the northernmost existing structure, true; however, as the northernmost of any known cobblestone structure, the no longer existing Ell-1 School District 7 in the Town of Elliston, Jefferson County is the northernmost structure known to have been built to-date.
